This is where it starts.
Four steps. Nothing complicated.
Every stage is designed to give you a clear picture before you commit. You move at your own pace, and the decision to continue is yours at every point.
You fill in the form
Where you are, what you want, what has been getting in the way.
We book your chemistry call
Thirty minutes. £50 to book, credited towards your block if we go ahead, refunded if it is not right, forfeited if you do not show. This is not a pitch, it is a genuine two-way conversation, both of us deciding whether this is a good fit. Because of what you have already shared in the form, we are not starting from scratch, the conversation begins somewhere real.
We agree what we are working on
The drinking itself, who you are now, or both. You read and sign the agreement.
We start
Every two weeks, 45 minutes, over video call, wherever you are. Message any time in between.
What it costs, and why it's structured this way.
Coaching runs in blocks because real change takes commitment, not just money. Blocks aren't only how I run my practice, they're how you prove to yourself you're serious. Life's too short to keep saying "I'll do that" and not doing it. The cost of lying to yourself, over and over, is real. When you commit, I commit, to getting you where you want to go. We're a team, and this payment funds the work we do together.
If you show up, I show up. I'll match your effort every single time, that's not a figure of speech, it's how this actually works.
This isn't a service you pay for and wait on. It's a relationship where we both do the work, and the outcome depends on both of us showing up for it.
No wrong entry point, still drinking or already stopped both work.
You don't need to identify as an addict, or as someone in recovery.
The £50 is credited toward your first block if you go ahead, refunded in full if it isn't the right fit.
What staying the same actually costs
Not because staying stopped is easy. It isn't. But neither is what you're going through right now, otherwise you wouldn't be here.
Sleep and energy.
If you're still drinking, alcohol interrupts the deep, restorative stages of sleep. If you've stopped but haven't figured out what's next, you're burning energy daily just managing that ongoing uncertainty.
Your health.
Drinking forces your body to work harder to recover each day. Carrying unresolved stress does the same thing, taxing your immune system, increasing inflammation, and wearing you down even when no alcohol is involved.
Your relationships.
People close to you notice when your behaviour doesn't match what you said you would do. They also notice when you're distracted, checked out, or not fully present because you're still trying to find who you are now.
Trust in yourself.
Every broken promise to stop makes the next promise harder to believe. Every month spent alcohol-free but directionless chips away at your confidence in a different, quieter way.
Staying stuck.
You end up repeating the same cycle of promising and restarting, or staying alcohol-free without building the life that was meant to follow.
This coaching addresses both sides: the drinking itself, and what comes next. I can help relieve the cognitive dissonance and support you in building a clearer, more satisfying way forward.
What happens when you fill it in
A few short questions: where you are, what you want, what's been getting in the way. If your focus is Alcohol-Free Performance Coaching, the form also includes the AUDIT, a ten-question screening questionnaire from the World Health Organization, so I know how to support you from day one.
I read every answer myself. Most people are cleared to book straight away. If anything needs a closer look first, I'll always tell you why.
You made the decision. Now build the life.
The gap between who you could be and who you are today stays exactly as wide, for as long as you keep managing around it instead of closing it. A year from now looks identical to right now, not because nothing happened, but because nothing changed.
The decision to stop is just the beginning. What happens after that is for you to decide, and I'll help you get there, as long as you show up with the effort required.
Where are you right now?
The first step is the same for both: fifteen minutes of honesty about where you actually are.
