You made the decision. Now build the life you want.
Drinking, overworking, running on empty, the same argument again. Break the patterns keeping you stuck.
At no cost. 3 minutes. No commitment.
Start with the one that sounds most like you.
Every route leads to coaching built around you, your pace and the support you need.
Alcohol-free performance
Stopping drinking, or staying stopped, and seeing it for what it is: a performance edge that helps you build the life you want, not something you've had to give up.
Start with the short formHabits that keep you stuck
The things you keep reaching for: overworking, scrolling, spending, staying busy. We look at what they do for you, and build something better to reach for.
Start with the short formCapacity and burnout
You get things done. You don't always see what it costs you until it's gone. We work out your real capacity, and protect it.
Start with the short formEmotional regulation
Responding instead of reacting. Learning to tell a feeling from a fact, and catching it on the way up.
Start with the short formSelf-worth
Doing the work and still not believing you deserve the credit. Building worth that doesn't have to be earned again every day.
Start with the short formIdentity after a big change
Who you are now, after sobriety, a move, a loss or a new chapter. We find a direction that’s yours.
Start with the short formRelationships
Understanding what you need to feel loved, so you stop reacting to old scripts and keep the love worth keeping.
Start with the short formSome patterns need clinical support first. I have supervision for exactly these situations. If I can’t give you the level of support you need, I’ll help you find it. That doesn’t rule out coaching with me. It may run alongside the extra support.

I’m not a coach who studied people like you.I am someone like you.
I’m Cam. I coach people one-to-one, online, wherever they are in the world.
For twenty years I used alcohol to cope. Stopping in July 2023 didn’t fix what it had been covering: anger, grief, low self-worth, loneliness and a nervous system that never settled. Learning to deal with those is the work I’ve done since, with therapy, training and a lot of daily effort.
When I moved to Sri Lanka, a DASS-21 assessment, a clinical screening for depression, anxiety and stress, came back extremely severe on every measure. Two years of therapy, training and daily work later, the retest came back all normal. I don’t just know this work. I’ve done it.
Lived experience lets me understand what this feels like from the inside. On its own, it isn’t enough. The first time someone asked me for help, I could listen and relate, but I didn’t have the skills to give them a safe, ethical, professional service. So I said I couldn’t help, and I got trained.
What that means when we work together
We agree what the work is before we start, so we both know what we’re working on and why.
Your goals are set so they can hold weight, not left as a vague hope.
I know where coaching ends. If something needs a clinician, I’ll say so plainly and help you find the right support.
Speaking with Cameron has been great. From the first call, he helped me figure out what actually mattered to me most and what I should prioritise. In what felt like an easy conversation with an old friend, he was able to cut out the noise (and excuses) and set me up on a path, with a routine that meant 3 months later I’m not still making excuses, but actually walking the walk.

More experiences
From uncertainty to clarity
In the sessions I had with him, Cameron helped me move from uncertainty to clarity very quickly. He asks thoughtful, potent questions, isn’t afraid to go to the more uncomfortable places, and is confident enough to leave space and silence rather than rushing in to fill it. That gave me room to think more honestly and arrive at my own answers. He knew exactly how to direct the conversation so we made good use of the time we had.

More relaxed, same drive
Cam helped me see both sides of my own thinking, not just what I default to, but what’s possible when I let myself think and feel the way I actually want to, rather than old patterns. It sounds subtle, but it’s made a real difference: I’m more relaxed day to day, without losing any of the drive that matters to me. I’d recommend Cam without hesitation to anyone who wants coaching that’s both grounded and genuinely transformative.

Focus on what counts
I came into coaching with a lot on my plate, juggling priorities, half-tangled thoughts, and not much clarity on where to focus. Working with Cam changed that quickly. What stood out most was how practical his approach felt. He has a real gift for helping you untangle what’s actually important from the noise, so you can put your energy where it counts instead of spreading it thin. That alone gave me a level of focus, and trust in the process, that I hadn’t had in a long time.

An inspiration on my own journey
Cam has been a terrific coach. I am on my own alcohol free voyage, but his advice and support have been so valuable. But more than that, he has supported me on my own journey into the coaching world, and I continue to regularly seek his counsel. His story reminds me of how much we can achieve, despite, and maybe because of, the challenges thrown in our way. Thank you Cam, you’re an inspiration.

Warmth and challenge
What I appreciated most was the combination of warmth and depth. Cameron is incredibly easy to talk to, but he also has the courage to challenge you when it’s needed. He’s perceptive, grounded and highly skilled at getting to the heart of what really matters. I’d have no hesitation recommending Cameron, particularly to someone who has been through their own challenges, thinks a little differently, or wants a coach who can meet them with genuine understanding, honesty and humanity.

Greater clarity, clearer action
I have had several coaching sessions with Cam, and I have always come away with greater clarity and clear actions to work on. Each session has helped me think more deeply about myself, my aims and the areas in which I want to develop.

Space to think, my own insights
Cam is an excellent listener who is very comfortable holding the silence and giving me the space to think. I always feel that I am at the centre of the coaching and his thoughtful questions help me reach my own insights and identify the right way forward for me.

Depth and credibility
He brings real depth to his work as a coach. He is intelligent, articulate and clearly committed to learning, with a strong understanding of what good coaching is, and what it is not. He also has a wide range of coaching tools and techniques, which he uses naturally and selectively to meet the needs of the person in front of him. This makes his coaching feel highly personal, credible and genuinely valuable.

Presence without judgement
I trained alongside Cameron during our Positive Psychology coaching diploma and had the opportunity to experience his coaching firsthand. Cameron has the ability to make you feel completely at ease, while also asking the questions that really matter. He listens with presence and without judgement, and seems to pick up on what sits underneath the words, even when you’re not entirely sure yourself what you need from the conversation.

The work we do is personal and confidential.
People come to me with problems at work, at home or inside their head that they haven’t been able to fix. Often they aren’t ready to talk. Shame. Guilt. Fear that coworkers or employers will find out. Not being ready to tell the people closest to them.
That’s why confidentiality comes first. I only ever discuss clients with my supervisor for professional development, and even then I keep identities anonymous.
